Zoom Room at Whitehall Corporate Center
We're excited to unveil our NEW Zoom Room! This conference facility will serve as an extremely useful amenity for tenants, as video conferencing has become commonplace in the working world. This room is equipped with the Polycom teleconference system which allows users to adjust the camera angle and even set it to automatically change position based on who is speaking. The Zoom Room is now available to Whitehall tenants.
Location and Reservations
The Zoom Room is located in suite 675 in Building III (3600 Arco Corporate Dr). This space can be reserved just like our other conference facilities - by sending an email to helpdesk@aacusa.com.
How to use
Technology can be tricky, but these instructions should help you successfully have a meeting using this new amenity.
Turn on computer and TV
The computer hard drive is located under the TV. The TV should be powered on using the LG remote.
Navigate to Zoom
Use the bluetooth keyboard and mouse to navigate and click on the Zoom icon on the computer's desktop.
Enter credentials
If you are hosting the Zoom meeting, sign into Zoom OR if you are joining a meeting, type in your meeting ID & password.
Adjust camera and volume
Use the the Polycom remote to adjust the volume, mute the call and change the camera angle. Download the instruction sheet below for complete details and diagrams of the remote and settings.
PRO TIP: There's even a setting that allows the camera to follow and zoom in on the person speaking.
