This class is perfect for beginners & those who are looking to deepen their spiritual journey. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility through slow movements and deep breathing.  Yoga Instructor, Kayla Knox, utilizes her understanding of the energetic body to help students achieve poses that heal beyond the physical body.
She combines her personal Faith with meditation therapy to provide attendees with a restorative, healing experience.
